At KAVAROACO, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn and unwashed
  • In its original condition and packaging
  • Returned with all tags, parts and accessories
  • Free from pet hair, stains, damage and odours
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Pet clothing, collars, harnesses and other wearable products may be carefully tried on indoors. Used, washed or outdoor-worn products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

Email support@kavaroaco.com within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your name and order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Please do not return an item before contacting us. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, KAVAROACO will cover the reasonable return cost or provide another suitable solution.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless damaged, defective or incorrect, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened dog treats or perishable products
  • Used grooming tools
  • Opened hygiene-sealed products
  • Used, washed or damaged pet products
  • Personalised products
  • Gift cards or final-sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Original shipping charges are normally non-refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged, incorrect or a refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, colour or product, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Your Consumer Rights

This 30-day guarantee is provided in addition to your legal consumer rights. UK and EU customers may have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases, while Australian customers retain applicable consumer guarantees.
